SHIPPING

Orders placed by 12PM EST typically ship the same day, however during high traffic releases, please allow up to 72 hours for your order to process. A tracking number will be provided upon dispatch of your order.

RETURNS 

Returns must be authorized by Sonja J. If you would like to return an item from your order, please email s@sayyes2wellness.com. to begin a Return Authorization with “Order #XXX - Return” in the subject line. Returns must be requested within 7 days of receipt of your order and items must be unworn, free of damage, with tags attached to be eligible. Upon authorization of the return, customers will be provided with a shipping label. Please ship the return within 7 days of receipt of the label. Return shipping fees are at the expense of the customer and the cost will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. Depending on your financial institution, please allow up to 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

EXCHANGES

Purchased items can be exchanged for an alternative. If you would like to exchange your order, please email s@sayyes2wellness.com with “Order #XXX - Exchange” in the subject line to begin an Exchange Authorization. Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receipt of your order and items must be unworn, free of damage, with tags attached to be eligible. Exchanges are dependent on the requested item’s availability. Upon authorization of the exchange, customers will be provided with a complimentary shipping label. Please ship the item within 7 days of receipt of the label. Customers are welcome to purchase the alternative size desired separately at pyermoss.com.

TAXES AND DUTIES

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination. Make sure you select your location from the navigation at the top left hand corner of our site to view the correct local market pricing, delivery times and shipping costs.

We ship to your destination on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the final purchase price.

P.O. BOXES

We are unable to deliver to PO boxes currently. 

DEFECTED MERCHANDISE AND ERRONEOUS ORDERS

If you believe an item in your order to be defective or there to be an error in your order, such as receiving the wrong size or style, please email s@sayyes2wellness.com. to begin a Return Authorization. Please write “Order #XXX - Return” in the subject line and include detailed pictures of the defective merchandise. Defection is at the discretion of s@sayyes2wellness.com. Kindly note that colors may vary between product images and the physical good due to technological variances in screen quality. If Sonja J deems the merchandise to be defective or there to be an error in the order, a complimentary return label will be provided, and a full refund will be processed to the customer upon return of the order. Please ship the return within 7 days of receipt of the label. Depending on your financial institution, please allow up to 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

 Beauty & Wellness

We are unable to process returns for opened and used Beauty and Wellness products. All Beauty and Wellness products purchased on Wellness style boutique.com must be returned unopened, unused, and in original condition and packaging to our Returns warehouse.
